The premise for writing this came from working with business owners and coaching them and their employees and from the questions that people regularly asked me, that seemed to show a tendency to think that just because a business 'was' - that it was operating at the best it could be. Or perhaps just that there was little thought seemed to be directed at asking the question... "How Can I Make This Business Even Better?"
So I've written the 7 steps and hope that you will find it provokes some thought, or gives you some direction or ideas that will help you as you look at the business you have, or consider the business you want to build.
We've started to become accustomed to the idea of 'optimizing' a website. Now it's time to optimize our businesses.
